How Our Sessions Work

We’ve made our sessions flexible and affordable because your health matters.

We conduct all our sessions virtually, either via Zoom or Whatsapp. This gives you more flexibility, comfort, and privacy.

We do our best to accommodate your time zone and make ourselves available on weekends if that’s what you need.

All our clients get free email and Whatsapp message support from their first session.

What’s involved?

If you’re not sure whether coaching or mentoring is right for you, request a free 20-minute session to find out.

We need your consent to start working with you, so we’ll ask you to complete and sign a simple form.

Whether you choose a single session or a package, the first session will last an hour.

Follow-up sessions are available for 20 or 30 minutes.

We provide ongoing support via email or Whatsapp for the duration of the coaching and for a further two weeks following your last session.
