This is the Refunds and Cancellation Policy of Make a Change cc. Please read this policy carefully so that you’re aware of the way in which we manage refunds and cancellation requests.

Coaching sessions:

All sessions are paid for in advance. Your purchase of coaching packages or sessions indicates your commitment to participate in our services and to follow through to its conclusion. In general, we cannot refund for a session that has already taken place.

However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen prior to a scheduled session. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Make a Change cc.

In general, these guidelines apply:


The Client may cancel a session within 24 hours of payment and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a transaction and any other banking charges.

Rescheduling of appointments

Once Make a Change has scheduled sessions with the Client, they are considered set appointments.

However, if necessary, the Client may request to reschedule a session, if they give at least 24 hours advance notice. The same will apply should Make a Change or any of its coaches need to reschedule the appointment. This will be done in advance and with agreement of the Client.

Missed or cancelled appointments

Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited unless there are extenuating circumstances. This will be at the discretion of Make a Change.

Sessions will begin at the agreed-upon-time and a missed session shall be deemed to be later than 10 minutes from the scheduled start.

Cancellation of packages

If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing all of their scheduled and paid sessions, then the Client may request a refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions. If approved, the refund will be issued, minus transaction fees and any other banking charges.

Digital products

There are no refunds issued for digital products. We recommend contacting us if you have any questions before you purchase or for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
